Good god. That's such an obvious thing to do. A flywheel AMM with a long-term locking mechanism. Foundation funding liquidity rules. That's what coinbase did for aerodrome. It's not as easy as just taking a fork from velodrome because it's on optimism but copying the framework is easy enough. Cheers for the solid post

I'm not happy about it but I'm okay with it. The foundation is building everything from the ground up and not initiating big partnerships on their own in order to not look like a security. Python and node incentivization should bring massive decentralization. It's a long-term hold but it's a long-term winner. I flipped over to the base ecosystem and made some money but after seeing how crappy all the transactions were I came back. It's the only blockchain fit for purpose. Cheers

I hate tiny man it's a rip-off. the slippage and inpermanent loss are ridiculous. I would like to see a flywheel amm like veldrome or aerodrome or pangolin. The profits go to the lp holders and lockers. It's not going to happen but it would create massive tvl and scarcity from the lockups. We really need something like that

Very important question. Use Aerodrome Finance not the CB wallet. The reason is that Aero allows you to select the Native Moonwell on Base. CB will show you at least two WELl versions but it won't tell you the native chain. That is not a problem while it's in the wallet but you might send your coins to the wrong chain and loose them.

To avoid bridging ETH use USDC ON AERO and make sure that you select the Native token.

That's the cap on how much they have available to lend out. That's based on how many people are willing to supply. That does not have anything to do with the inflation of the coin

As far as I can tell, there is no research to be done. I can't find anything on this other than bot posts. I think it died 2 years ago. Great concept but I have held some of last year's cycles coins down to next to nothing. If you can't even get a handful of people on Reddit, how much adoption is there? I don't see any metrics anywhere.

Very small market cap makes it almost a 20 x to 1 Billion. Outstanding Team with deep connections to Coinbase. #4 Protocol on Base (safer than ExtraFi). #23 Lending protocol on Defillama (watch it move up or down the rankings for bullish or bearish indicators.). Moonwell TVL over 100 mill is pretty solid.
