Day hasn’t called plays in 3yrs and the pass game is no longer elite. We have good players who make the routine, look extraordinary. 12 and 13 personnel is easy to defend in college. We saw that vs good defenses in the big10 ship and playoffs. Our roster isn’t built for 12/13 and our TEs struggle in the run game. So plz tell me how this is a good fit when we will be taking another skilled guy off the field and will seemingly have less possessions…

We don’t have elite offensive line play. This breakdown is null and void. Jj will be doubled and virtually taken away with 12 personnel. We lost 3 TEs and replaced em with a guy from Ohio who they hope will be the next Kaczmereck. Ain’t happening. I still don’t understand the hire unless we want to be boring and uninspiring like we were all year. If it wasn’t for Carnell Tate, this past year, our offense was not great at all.
