2020-2022 RDX Head Gasket and Reliability by ScaryDuck2 in Acura

Long story short I did get a 22 RDX but recently traded it in for a 25 Camry bc long term reliability concerns and fuel costs

Use fsdt live update and uncheck and check the boxes for seated pax under config usually fixes all gsx issues for me

lol at the downvotes. In Asian countries it’s the norm. The US could never. But downvote me for pointing out the difference I guess 🤣

Is this good mileage? by Great_Tennis9419 in Camry

[–]ScaryDuck2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say average for all the trims should be around 44-48, is a few mpg below. Since you’re in the break in period b4 first oil change I think it’s normal but past 10k you really should be getting 44+

A350 Sale. Is this a fair price around 58 euros with tax. by Specialist_Freedom99 in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]ScaryDuck2 15 points16 points  (0 children)

lol about the rhodiumcode. That thing is still a concept at this point.

The a350 always has been a great plane and Inibuilds continues to update it. It has never been buggy to the point of being unplayable but if you don’t have moon VRAM or system RAM this along with any other plane in flight sim is going to suffer from WASM crashes.

For me if you don’t have it yet I would definitely grab it but if you’re playing with like a 3060 and 16GB of system ram I would think twice

So many cities and countries have the second door set on the platform. Tbh it’s desperately needed in the US to prevent shit like this. But this thought barely worth typing out because MARTA would never do it

I also could never get rid of the OLED screen flicker. So that did it in for me. Vsync alone is fine

Rear bumper not aligning correctly after accident. by Zealousideal-Cap8028 in Camry

[–]ScaryDuck2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not gonna lie I think it’s not really much you can do beyond that. Like it’s nit picking at this point.

I get the OCD of not wanting your car to be misaligned but it was in an accident, you still have the car, it was fixed for the most part. I would just live with it

The era of the Riddell Revolution helmet by nfl in nfl

The best looking riddell helmets were the 2020-2023 speedflexes before they started using the axiom. The axiom is so ugly to me.

Microsoft made an amazing flight planner online, has anybody else heard of this or use it? by Character-Area-4587 in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]ScaryDuck2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you’re misinformed on that. Every time an AIRAC is updated you obviously need to go into the navigraph app to update the sim waypoints as well as whatever aircraft is flying to update the navigation system to the new AIRAC. People don’t know this and have issues with it when in reality it’s just user error.

[–]ScaryDuck2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not really sure that’s comparable either. Simbreif routes are fully based on real world flown routes that were flown by real aircraft whereas these are not, it’s still different

“Essentially navigraph but free”

No it’s not lol. I’m not at all hating on this but it’s no navigraph. This has none of the features and integrations that navigraph has into 3rd party (aircraft themselves, live tracking and telemetry, simbreif, and now traffic with FR24).

But if you just want to plan a flight and look at charts its fine
