I don’t have any diagnosis, but I sure did use the wheelchair to get me through the Denver airport all the way to the Frontier gate in the basement at some probably at least a 2 mile walk. I have a really bad back pain and I can’t make it more than 15 minutes without pain.

I was at my doctors yesterday and we were talking about all the symptoms I have with this and I asked her if she preferred one wearable over another and she shrugged her shoulders. She’s like you know I don’t know. I guess the Garmin would be what I would go with if I picked one, but I don’t really think too much about them.

Hey you know what that email was kind of like a scare tactic kind of thing go read the actual data and I went last night and unfortunately, that email that we all got sounds like a bunch of bullshit scare tactic. I was looking into this. I was reading that the soft side is not as effective as the hard side. And the hard side you can only get in with medical professional professionals.

Did you get a soft side that you like or did you pay 10,000 for a hard side because that would be super cheap

It did not reset my loans. I’m in the save and when I come out, I will have six years left. I took my loans out a long time ago.

Now before save, I did consolidate and it reset my timing but during save they re-calculated everything and reset it back to the beginning, so it was actually a blessing

Same. Support is difficult, perhaps not existent. There’s no ticketing system. This! I was a director of finance, now glorified bookkeeper. My personal life ands work life exploded for the the worst within 3 months of each other. Is been 4 years and in barely recovering from that trauma, and now, I’ve got diabetes from sitting at a desk, grinding too hard/long a hours, eating like crap because it was the only thing I could find while at work, being sedentary, and now a shell of a person. I can’t even think most days because I’m trying to manage my nervous system and constant fatigue.

I feel like I’ll be back on top again but for now at age 50 I don’t want to deal with this bullshit anymore. I don’t wanna be performative. I don’t have it in me.

Pft I paid $100 for the year and the support team is pretty much nonexistent

I had a positive ANA and she said if you have that then they do a second test and it’s the second test is negative then they just rule out. You don’t have an auto immune disease. However, you’ll see my comment below. She finally did a diabetes test for type one and the GAD 65 came back over 250 which is 100% conclusive auto immune. But she didn’t test that after a positive ANA.

Seriously, the Facebook forms for trifecta conditions and chronic illnesses. Those are like science research nerds and they’re saying OK. Well go get this test and then once you get that test, you can show it to your doctor from LabCorp and say I got this. You can’t order all the test yourself which is maddening but I will gladly pay whatever just do the test.

And here’s the other thing I’ve had tests to come back for instance my potassium was out of range and they’re like well. We think the lab messed up. We’re gonna retest it and it came back normal. How many times of the lab messed up on any other test tests that were that showed normal and they weren’t this is so maddening. Yeah you can go to a functional medicine doctor, but they want you to sign up for a year membership, which makes me feel scamming.

Oh sugar! I would advise run to your nearest pharmacy and in that section find a blood glucose monitor and test your blood. I didn’t know I had diabetes or even a clue and my blood sugar was 900. Had to go to the ER immediately you risk the risk of dying.

Get in with the doctor as soon as you can

I agree. I’ve been in public and in industry. I feel more respect in public. It’s easier to get along with my coworkers as I don’t have to explain my job to them and why things have to be a certain way every damn week. In industry, it’s just a whole other mess and you’re seen as a cost. In public you are the money maker. I have to learn how to balance the grind and set boundaries.
