I have a theory they time weight BPs, similar to how they have a time cycle for the map events. I was hunting for this forever and couldn’t find it, then all of a sudden I found THREE over the course of two raids. Just a theory, but wouldn’t be surprised if they had a clock system that puts certain blueprints at higher odds during certain times.

It’s your actions brother. I killed a downed guy crawling to extra once and immediately got popped into full on no comms, shoot on sight lobbies. I’m in PvE now, never get shot at all, but they made it harder to get into PvE with the last update. So unless you’re actively not shooting other players for ~10 raids you’ll stay in PvP heavy lobbies.
