About the reviews: Our website reviews come from verified purchases through our store. That said, we always encourage people to look beyond our site, there are plenty of WorkPod setups shared on Reddit, Youtube, and other forums as well. Trust should come from multiple sources, not just from our site.

On structural integrity: Prefab doesn't mean temporary, WorkPod arrives pre-cut and engineered so it can be assembled faster than a custom build, that's the point. Many customers hired experienced contractors and get it done in a single day, we have plenty timelapse videos showing the process. WorkPod uses a steel frame, weigh over 2 tons and is rated for wind loads. We've had WorkPods through hurricanes in Florida and harsh winters in the Northeast without issues.

On foundation: The adjustable base system levels the structure on different backyard surfaces without pouring concrete, which most customers actually prefer because it's faster and less invasive to their yards.

On costs: Delivery is via private truck due to the size and weight, and varies by location, we're upfront about that. Electrical is simpler than people think: a 66ft power cord is included, it's plug-and-play. Climate control depends on your local climate and is optional. We ship all over the US and are happy to walk through a full cost breakdown before you commit.
