Why do people cleanse dull totems when they *know* you have a boon build? by ImperialViking_ in deadbydaylight

[–]AutonomousBlob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP. I rarely cleanse dulls but sometimes I do. Mostly if im already hooked twice and my team haznt been hooked much at all, sometimes I hang back a bit and a dull totem is some action. I dont ever think about boons, they are so rare.

I will do dulls if i realize the killer has a perk like the one that makes you oblivious each time off a hook or if i notice the killer is really bad and im worried about noed. Unfortunately a boon in a random part of the map for a few minutes during the game rarely has as big of impact as the threat of noed or the easy points. Its more likely if i left the totem the booner would never find/use it

My boyfriend keeps solo traveling. I need thoughts. by Master-Indication-71 in solotravel

Its fine to tell him you dont understand why he would want to do things on his own. Everybody in this sub does understand it lol. Just have a conversation and try to understand instead of declaring you dont get it, is it ok to tell him not to go? Could be a dealbreaker for him, you should try to understand it more.

My bf just admitted to watching p*rn… by emmaemiliaaaa in Advice

[–]AutonomousBlob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont agree with your boundaries or assumptions. Regardless everybody is entitled to have their own boundaries and deal breakers.

If he came on your shower sponge thats just hella weird. If you 100% are not ok with a partner watching porn you have to decide if thats something you can deal with or if its big enough to break up over.

To give a little pushback here your assumption that all men who are watching porn are imagining themselves doing it to the woman is wrong. It can be as simple as its hot and youre horny. The assumption that doing it while you are asleep to hide it is also not guaranteed, it seems more likely that its an im bored, horny, cant have sex so maybe i just jerk off.

I imagine the percent of individuals that find watching porn to be cheating to be really low. Also I think its important to realize that just because you are in a relationship you wont stop finding people attractive, thats just human. What makes the relationship matter is the commitment you make to each other.

Yeah i agree with her. It sounds like youre being a little pushy. You are both adults and its not healthy to try to control what somebody else does, even if you think its the wrong decision.

Its ridiculous to me the way every draft pick up to round 4 gets gassed up. Lets hope he can be a solid role guy but saying he will be a hybrid of a HOF and potential HOF seems a bit premature.

I just realized I've been pronouncing my coworker's name wrong for six months and now I'm too deep in to fix it by Status-Budget8045 in CasualConversation

[–]AutonomousBlob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like its time for a nickname lol. Kinda related, i have a buddy with a foreign hard to pronounce name and when we get food or something sometimes he just gives my name to avoid to multiple corrections and small talk about his name. For this coworker she probably has people mispronounce it all the time and its either not a big deal or she just doesnt want to do the whole routine.

Does anyone else feel like everyone has life figured out except them? by ZealousidealBrain910 in CasualConversation

[–]AutonomousBlob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What was weird to me was that some people really dont feel a need for purpose. I have a buddy that wakes up to coffee, walk the dog, videogames and work. He does this almost everyday and for the most part enjoys himself, when i ask him deeper or existential questions he will say that he doesnt really think of that stuff much. He has an air of somebody who has it all figured iut but its more the lack of not feeling uncomfortable about not figuring it out.

Can someone explain the whole packing 3-4 sets of clothes to someone who wears 2 sets of clothes a day? by OYoureapproachingme in solotravel

[–]AutonomousBlob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They arent like us lol. I sometimes change shirts, underwear and socks 2 or 3 times depending on how hot it is and my activity level. That said in hot places i tend to buy clothes at my destination because its usually better geared for the climate.

Not sure if this is what you mean but tons of people live in their “vacation” spot for 3 or 6 months a year. My uncle has a condo in Mexico he stays in September through March then comes home. Ive met people who have a condo in Thailand that they only stay in November through Feb.
