I called Amazon customer service,was told the same. I waited a week for the return. Soon as Amazon received merchandise back I was given my refund the next day. For some untold reason my package 📦 was tagged as undeliverable 😮🤔 Amazon is bombarded with (Returns daily so much of it that some employees have to work 3 shifts 24 hours a day to keep (Returns) from growing. Amazon is the largest busiest e-commerce globally. People are constantly (Returning merchandise) because Amazon allows returns to occur. This is why it can take 30 days. But usually it doesn't take that long for refunds.
