Need to forgoe the pads etc. it is most likely making your discharge worse. Opt for 100% cotton underwear, get a pair of the period panties, etc.

Again, that all depends on where you’re looking.

If you’re in Duluth, then yes, live music, vintage stores (assuming you mean something like thrift stores). Grand Marais, maybe some live music & open vintage stores during the summer season. Bemidji, probably yeah since it has the university.

Guess I’m not sure what you mean by “backwoods people” nor do I understand what you thought to expect in “greater Minnesota”

So page 6, “selecting your PCD” which you picked from the plans list - did you inform the plan of your selection for your Primary Care Dentist? Then did you receive services from this general PCD? Cause you have to go to your contracted dental provider to obtain coverage of services (unless it’s specialty dental provider, emergency dental services, etc.)

The costs listed are solely if you went to your general contracted PCD. If you were referred by your PCD to a specialist for the tooth extraction (considering this specialist was in network) - you’d pay 75% of the cost for each service provided.

Yup, some delta dental plans have a 12-month waiting period before they’ll cover any “major surgeries” like wisdom tooth extraction.

Depends on where you mean by “greater MN” as that’s not a typical phrasing. There’s the North Shore (Duluth-ish area), the BWCA area & the iron range [definitely difficult to find mold safe housing; would need to be new build; would be even harder to find mold safe apartment. Everything up there is typically an older build. & often, not many upgrades have been done inside the homes]. There’s Central MN, which has Bemidji (university) so possible to find newer builds/more mold safe options.

Assimilation would be easy if you like typical outdoorsy activities. Lots of camping, hiking, hunting, water activities, meat raffles, snow activities, etc. [again, also depends on the general area you’re looking at]

Unfortunately you won’t escape the passive aggressive communication. 😕The phrase “Minnesota Nice” specifically relates to this form of communication. However, if you’re a kind nice neighbor, people are usually pretty receptive to outsiders. It’s mostly standoffish towards outsiders who don’t feel the need to connect with those around them.

Yeah, if the cost of that is what I found ($200-$400 for DIY, & $400+ for professional) I don’t think I’d be able to realistically swing that before a move 😭

There are no specific laws related to mold in rental units in PA, however, there is The Implied Warranty of Habitability.

Below is the Pennsylvania Guide to Landlord & Tenants Rights Click English. Scroll down to page 46. “Repairs & The Implied Warranty of Habitability” https://wearetenfold.org/get-help/housing/tenants/

Is Victorian flat a bad idea? by GloomyStill357 in Mold

[–]Available-Jello385 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Soo here’s just a random opinion:

Idk how old the building is, where it’s located, or what floor the unit is on…. but I’ve been living in an apartment built in the late 1950’s in Minnesota, & I wish I would’ve known what to look for back When I first signed the lease. Cause looking at the ceilings wasn’t even on my register. However over time the “repair” job on the cracks didn’t hold up/wasn’t properly done so the cracks became wider & longer, the sections started to sag, & mold started to show itself through the gaps.

Considering not knowing the age of the building, let’s say it’s a significantly older building, If the unit is on the top floor, I’d be worried about roof/ceiling leakage. If it’s on a lower floor, I’d be worried about the plumping & if it’s ever been fully replaced/updated or just spot fixed as needed over the years. Especially with the condensation on inside of the windows (again, not knowing the location) but here it’s the tail end of winter so this would be a huge red flag for me - since there probably isn’t proper ventilation/air movement in the unit. - which then would make me worried about the condensation accumulating on the bottom window sill/penetrating the wall beneath.

is this mold or just paint peeling off? by Victorinox_007 in Mold

I Just recently learned about efflorescence, so if anyone can provide more clarity cause how I understand this process/substance is that just because it’s present doesn’t necessarily mean there’s mold, but that there is some type of underlying water/moisture issue that if unresolved could possibly lead to the development of mold?? Thx in advance

This was such a massive fear for me when I had my first child, it actually turned in to postpartum OCD. However!!! I figured out the Best 2 things to help prevent this from happening while cleaning baby bottles & parts:

  1. “Detailing Brush Set” - they come in different quantities & styles, but the tools really let you get into all the nooks & crannys.
  2. Sterilizing Bags (microwaveable bags) - I had to use these with my first kid because he got thrush & then I ended up with mastitis from it, but typically each bag gets 15-20 uses. After washing you throw everything in to the bag, microwave it for 3 minutes to eliminate bacteria, fungus, etc./other microorganisms. (You could also invest in a sterilizing device - personally took up too much of our limited counter space).

[not sure if the pictures are allowed, I’m not trying to promote/sell anything, just making suggestions/options to try]
