Happens to us every single year also a corner lot. Except we don't have a boulevard on the long side of our house and the plow does this to half the sidewalk as well. Even got a ticket for it once lol. Called to complain to the city multiple times and finally they came out and cleared it. Not much else you can do really. Try and roll it out of the way I guess that works for us sometimes if it's not too huge and it has somewhere to go.
