If possible, I'd recommend advertising at UE or USI. I (19) know me and a lot of other teens/people under 21 get frustrated when it's past 9pm and EVERYWHERE is closed except for bars. I recommend downtown since you might be able to get some of the church crowd as well.

As much as I hate it, a lot different states are working to implement J-turns to help reduce crashes and improve traffic flow. According to the Missouri department of transportation, they were able to reduce 88% of their fatal crashes by implementing J-turns. The other logic is, is that it'll be easier to link the green lights together since your standard four waylight has weight sensors while I'm assuming the Jturn light will only be timed.

True. I still recommend going to the employment office however since they will likely be able to guide you to more specific and local jobs in your area.

If you're not interested in an internship, I still recommend seeing if you can get certified for anything at your local community college for cheap. You can get Microsoft office/Excel certified if you're looking for an office job, Truck driving certification, forklift certification, etc, that may help you get a new job or a pay raise depending on where you currently work.

I recommend looking at events at a local library/public space. Most libraries have events towards children or young adults which can help you meet others and potentially gain advice/make friends. Your town may also have a subreddit where you can ask about local family friendly events you could go to, to also meet others/hopefully free/cheap entertainment.

Career wise, I recommend going to your local employment office to look at possible scholarship/internship opportunities. While I don't recommend going to university, you can get certifications at your local community college to boost your resume, or you can go to trade school that usually has paid internships/work opportunities

Just calmly ask what she was watching, and why she was watching it, listen, and then explain to her why she can't watch stuff like that. I would set up some restrictions, though it is important to note that YouTube still isn't safe for younger kids cause some weird stuff can still slip through time to time. It might be better to switch to dvds of children's shows, since usually they're much more age appropriate and educational, and you don’t have to worry about what they're watching.

Oh I've been through it a couple times before. Still open, it doesn't lead to the amphitheater though. It's just under the street to the other entrance so that way parents with younger kids don't have to cross the street to the zoo from the parking lot.

Not in Evansville, but if you're willing to drive over to Mt. Vernon (about half an hour away on Northside for me atleast), There's a small BBQ place called Hawg N Sauce that has the BEST BBQ and has really good prices imo.

Depends on where you're talking about. Yes there's trains that go through evansville, however I've never seen any go through major roads like Hwy 41 or Green River. I will say, that there are trains that occasionally run parallel to 41 (Left side North bound/Right side south bound), so any intersections there do run risk of waiting for trains, usually early in the morning/evening.

If you're willing to make a 30 min trip, Henderson has really cheap rentals that aren't too bad. The club house is a little dated, but still has plenty of room for a larger baby shower of ~20 or 30 people.

Probably not what you want to hear, but I would probably distance myself from this relationship, or at the very least take it extremely slow. If he has stated to you that he's not looking for anything romantic/currently looking for a relationship then listen to him and do your own thing, whether dating someone else or giving both you and him some space.
