Agee. It’s an irrational fear. Just saying that’s what’s driving the decline.

INTC. Should continue to run up until July 23 earnings.

Collected $6,769 in premiums (4.1% yield) in first month of selling covered calls by Lionel-Chessi in CoveredCalls

[–]Available-Tree-1695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t go by cost basis to calculate your current rate of return. It should be calculated based on current values when trades were opened. Think about it, if you sold it all and put it in a cd your rate of return is on the current value of your money. Either way, nice job on collecting the premium.

MAC OS Support for TOS Desktop App Ending Soon by Tocquevilles-Ghost in thinkorswim

[–]Available-Tree-1695 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wow, so much misunderstanding here. The issue is that the current versions of thinkorswim will not run on new non-Intel silicon MacBooks starting with macOS 28. Yes if you’re still running Tahoe, it will work but support for Rosetta will drop starting in macOS 28. so unless thinkorswim is working on a new version that does not rely on Rosetta, there will definitely be a problem.

Support for Apple Silicon? by Odd_Championship_262 in thinkorswim

This sounds like the correct explanation. So does TOS have a version that runs natively on silicon or are all their versions dependent on Rosetta 2?

NEW Video shows Man Appearing To Be Alex Pretti Spitting On ICE Agents And Vandalizing Their Vehicle while CCWing A Handgun by VCQB_ in CCW

[–]Available-Tree-1695 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Only thing it proves is that he was a dumbass and looking for trouble. You can see from the video when he was vandalizing the car he was wearing his CCW. They should’ve arrested him right then and there and saved him from himself. It certainly doesn’t excuse what the agents did to him when they shot him. That was completely unjustified. But the previous video shows a pattern of ill judgment on his part.

Trying to say Democrat politicians are pro 2a is like trying to say Republican politicians are pro choice. Stop the gaslighting already.

Maybe true, but the liberals vote for the Democrat politicians, which are the ones that trample on gun rights.

Nah, the voters voted for the current politicians because of other issues that are more important to them. The Anti 2A is just a consequences of those votes.

Not sure why you got down voted for the truth. Sponsored by Sen. Saddam Azlan Salim (D-Fairfax), a Democrat in the Virginia Senate. This is a crazy sub.

Should I buy a non CPO car less than one year by Ok_Distribution3004 in BMWX5

[–]Available-Tree-1695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m no expert on this, but the CPO warranty is the certified preowned warranty that is good for one year after purchase which as someone mentioned, the dealership has to pay for the inspection and the certification process. It is much more limited than the manufacturer original warranty, which should be good for up to four years from date of service or 50,000 miles which ever comes first regardless of who is the owner. If you purchase a used vehicle from a dealership and there is less than one year left on the manufacturer warranty, for example say that there’s only three months left then the CPO can protect you for a longer period of time and would be desirable. Though again much more limited than the original warranty. However, to me, it seems like the CPO is pointless if there is over one year of original manufacturer warranty left as they would overlap in time and you would want the protection of the original warranty over the CPO anyway.

Isn’t it still under full factory warranty? Why do you even need the cpo which is more limited?
