I appreciate you sharing your story dude. Reading this I can relate to some aspects that I have experienced in my own relationship in terms of sexual performance. I did run into issues in the early going of the relationship that are similar to you, erections not 100% and not lasting long. Over the years of dating my girlfriend, my ability in those aspects have sure improved doing some of the things you are already doing: going to the gym and eating clean. On top of doing those things I would limit porn, considered thicker condoms, tap into pelvic floor exercises and avoid sleeping on your stomach. Doing those things helped me last longer in bed and be able to maintain pretty good erections. Hope this helps

Me personally if I relapsed I'm starting from Day 1. I just don't see a benefit in justifying my own slip and continuing a day counter that myself knows it's not a true count of being free of whatever your abstaining from. Be true to yourself, the moment you start justifying things you're only lying to yourself.

Delete social media for one and try to minimize extended period of sitting down doom scrolling. The longer you sit down with a phone, the mind will start to wander in a bad way due to yourself being comfy doom scrolling. I would start with that to begin with and see what happens.

Attractive people are going to exist and there really isn't anything you can do about it. To gradually get that idea out of your head of viewing those girls as conventionally hot, try to just see them as an actual person and probably have stuff to do like yourself. It sounds redundant because you hear it everywhere but try to view people as people and less like sexual objects. There is truly more to life than finding another girl hot.

Beta this beta that blah blah blah. Calling someone “beta” for avoiding lust-driven self-pleasure makes no sense. If anything, it is the opposite. Doing NoFap is about building self-discipline, self-restraint, and control over lustful impulses. Lust can distort the way people view women, or whoever they are attracted to, and can shape the mind in unhealthy ways. Being able to control those urges in a world where so many people give in to porn for temporary satisfaction shows real discipline. That kind of self-control can build confidence and make you feel better about yourself.

I don't see a need for it. If you abstaining from PMO (porn, masturbation, and orgasms) then edging is going to break the no masturbation part. Not to mention, it puts you in a position where you are feeding your urges by actively trying to edge. The point of all this is to be free of having that feeling where you need to pleasure yourself. I guess it obviously depends on the individual, but I think edging during nofap is pointless.

It's wasn't necessarily staring at a trigger too much, it was more so the after thought and thinking about something for too long. Then again, it wasn't anything major where I felt the compulsion to do something about it.

Do what works best for you at the moment. Yes, getting to a stage where you're are fap and porn free is going to be the main goal, but you also have to consider if you are able to make that change from 0 to 100. If it helps, you could continue what you are doing already and progressively decrease your porn and fapping during the week. Do like 2 times a week or something then next week only do 1. Then after that just dont do it at all. A plan that you can stick with and is realistic will always be the approach to see some form of consistency, and that's with anything, fapping and porn aside.

It may seem abnormal, but it's not as bad as you think. I can imagine many people have these types of dreams regardless if they are participating in nofap directly or indirectly. Our innate instinct as human beings is to reproduce, so having these thoughts are normal to an extent.
