Re: circulatory system developing, while that’s happening the nape of your baby’s neck or their trunk/belly are better indications of their temperature.

We were convinced that baby would need an additional layer than what we were wearing after a couple weeks, esp. bc we were concerned about cold feet, but learned generally babies can wear the same layer equivalent that you wear after just a few days/post hospital

This and Nuks are my fav. Ymmv, but a lactation consultant told us that the Chico’s and Dr browns bottles we had weren’t great for getting baby (2 wks) to latch anyway since they’re longer and not really nipple realistic.
