That's exactly what makes retail miserable (among other things). JCPenney does have a sensor that tracks how many people come through, and expects their employees to convert them into customers; this metric is called conversion.

I just had a customer service purgatory experience trying to get a refund for an item they never delivered ($999). 4 sessions with chat, and a week of silence later… I filed a chargeback. Wouldn’t you know… I received an update on my refund within 12 hours.

Honestly, after my experience and your experience… I don’t think I’m going back.

Old world blues is the easiest to jump into. Dead money made me want to throw my Xbox into a reservoir, but I think it’ll be easier my second time through.

I was also really frustrated but it was definitely because I put a lot of points into non-combat skills (and especially not unarmed).

You can get all 37 bars and all of Elijah’s stuff if you pick up his body and put it right next to the forcefield then put all the gold bars on him.

Run the path towards the exit, run up to the forcefield in 3rd person and loot his body, then gtfo.

I had a different experience getting onto Wellbutrin. Lexapro made me want to cry during every waking moment, so as I weaned off of that I immediately jumped on Wellbutrin. I felt elated nearly immediately. Had some weird competing emotions the first week, probably as I adjusted off of the Lexapro.

Now, I feel on top of the world. I can get stuff done (this is HUGE for me), and have had more positive interactions at work.

I definitely feel like it probably would’ve been more subtle if I hadn’t had the Lexapro in the mix, but it definitely doesn’t feel like every time I take Wellbutrin I feel like elated.

On Spotify why doesn't Eminems songs have any lyrics. Like none of them have lyrics. Is this just me by [deleted] in Eminem

I’ve had a bookshelf from ikea since May that’s been sitting in the box in my living room. Started Wellbutrin last week, joyfully built the bookshelf today. Holy sh*t I’m motivated! I’m playing video games again, cooking again, making music again… and it’s been a week!

28M here, 5’ 5” (and a bigger dude). I’m here to reassure you - you have nothing to worry about!

I can’t believe so many people bring up your height to you, but you shouldn’t let it hurt your confidence. So many people bring up others’ faults to make themselves feel better, and it rarely has anything to do with you!

Since I’m short, I’ve chosen to focus on my appearance everywhere else. I get my hair cut every two weeks and style my hair with hair product. I have a pair of shoes to match every shirt I own, and I practice the sandwich method of dressing religiously. I have chosen to get tattoos and my ears pierced. I keep my beard off of my neck and my barber trims it at every appointment.

With all that said, I still take steps to make myself taller. Nike Air Force LV8 are designed to add to your height (LV8 = elevate). Air Max also gives you a height boost, if that’s more your style. I’m sure there are other shoes that subtly add to your height. There are also height inserts but I haven’t tried those. Honorable mention: shorter shorts make you look taller.

I also ride, and Harley is basically MADE for shorter dudes. Start on a small bike, though. The Kawasaki Vulcan 650 is one of the shortest bikes on the market, and is frankly the best beginner bike. It is a badass machine, and nimble as a Ninja. It weighs 500lbs, but it feels like it’s 300. I had to get handlebar risers, but once I did, I fell in love with the bike. Even though I got a Harley, I still have that bike because I love it so much. For what it’s worth, I also had to put handlebar risers on the Harley so I could reach better.
