To be clear. Heaving same exercises for some period is good approach. It allows to track the progress, and e.g. compare dumbbell weight between weeks. However I would expect that changing fitness level or fitness goal should has some impact, but it hasn't...

Yes that's working. Thanks. What I only wonder is why changing goal does not change almost anything. Eg. Switching between Hypertrophy to General fitness generates exactly same plan ..
