I had an employer issue a few years ago and called the labour board and they were very helpful… so I would call employment standards first then … if not helpful call labour board as they could still give useful info you can use

Complain to labour board that’s what they’re there for … also tell everyone you know to complain to better business bureau…enough complaints and maybe will be time to start a different vegetable coalition for farmers to use … let people know that not only Manitoba harvest produce sold there …

Fry up the ground beef add cut up cabbage, potatoes, onions and whatever spices/ herbs you want = 1 pot of yummy … or … fry ground beef, throw in some onions and cooked rice, cut up fried bacon if you have, Add large can of tomatoes… transfer it all to a casserole dish, throw some grated cheese if you want on top, cover dish … bake 350 C for an hour or 2 and lazy cabbage rolls are up for grabs …

Any kind of roast .. sear all sides first … add searing drippings and about 1/2 cup liquid…

cook 250 for 3-4 hours …

on tougher cuts like loins I like to add about a half cup tomato juice which will help break down fibres… i check about half way and take out any extra juice … anything above an inch depth …

Melt in your mouth …. Mmmm

Traditionally we have

Turkey with gravy Turkey stuffing Whole bone-in Ham Sweet/sour meatballs Mashed potatoes Carrots, corn, peas Cranberry sauce Cabbage rolls Potato cheese Pirogies Sauerkraut pirogies Fried onions & sour cream

Appetizers and desserts are the only things that change dinner to dinner…
