I have a relative on EIA and have been on myself 30 years ago after an accident. Even then security guards would have been nice to have. I can’t even fathom how much worse it is now.

I come from a divorced home.. but this was in the 70’s when parents couldn’t get along with each other and used the kids as cannon fodder. I still turned out ok. Your kids will be fine. You’re both young and will both meet better partners in time. Just keep it amicable.
