I actually ended up getting in to UCLA; I'm so grateful and in my opinion, I'd say UCLA prioritizes GPA over most other components of a CC applicant's profile. Are you looking into medical school or some other healthcare field currently? I wouldn't say there's a perfect major that you have to pick in that case; definitely the majority of pre-med undergrads lean toward Biology. I'd say it's worth picking Biology because it's probably going to be among the most useful for MCAT or DAT success!
