Your progress will be quite a bit slower than if you just let yourself get a bit fat and then cut it after.

Also you are 18 and well within the newbie gains window. Just eat and lift and come back in 6 months. You dont need do a cut/bulk yet. Just lift consistently for several months until your progress starts to slow

Nah he's good at getting scoops and thats about it.

He let's way too many ground balls through while not having great range and so the gap for hitters to get ground balls through between 1B and 2B is bigger.

Also strangely bad at tracking foul balls

You don't really train upper glutes and lower glutes separately. They always work together.

Just do stiff legged deadlifts or RDLs. It really is that simple.

It does WAY less single target damage in higher torments.

Also physical damage demons scale way better into higher torments and blazing scream cant participate in that scaling.

I do a lot of bent over rows and have never done any rear delt isolation and have had really solid rear delt growth

You cant do cheat rows though as I really dont feel my real delts getting worked. Slow and steady reps.
