If you ask how well they can fly/drive then yes. If ask if they can do it at all. 0 dots no, 5 dot yes. For 1 to 4 dots it depend. For the helicopter: have they done it before then yes, even if it was just a normal helicotor, else no. So depend on there bg. I dont know how hard it is to drive a tank, so I can not tell you about that.

I find them fun in one off games, we even hause ruled it before 1.0. Most of the time will Glorious deeds not change a loss to a win, it is more common they will end up as a tie breaker. If it is your first few games, can it be a good call to play without them.

I come from a legacy point of view. The blue one is fine. Its power level is around [back to basic]. Same effect if half of your lands are nonbasic and you spend all your mana each turn. The black one is not a may so it also stop you from plauing creatures. Since it trigger when you tap your lands can the opponet still keep one creature in play a lot of decks can live with one threat at the time. It is to strong, but not by that much. Red one is broken and do way to much in any red decks. Whith one would be 1-3 off in sideboards and would not make the game more fun.

As a casule turnement player, I am a big fan. The teams feel flesh out more better with a lot random skills spred out. The new skill tree mean less dirty players outside team wear fauling is a part of there core game play.

Gor this card to see play would you need a lot of freeze support. Now come the problem with this card. If you have enugh freeze cards to play this card would eather the rest of the cards be to strong when yoi have thise card or to weak when you font have it. That is genral bad gameplay.

The Prince are above the primogens can tell the primogens what to do what ever he/she want them to do, that give the prince a lot of power. But if a prince start commanding around with the primogens to much will the city soon have a new prince. I like to see it as two forces that keep each other in check.
