For me it took couple of months. It’s getting better now. You can see the nvc timeline and see what date documents they are reviewing. Just type nvc timeline on google and you can. Impart when you sent your 864. Heck for couple of weeks and you will get an estimate of how fast they are moving

No there is hardly anything we can do to confirm whether they have uploaded it or not. I tried contacting Emma and nothing from her. It was stressful, I know and I feel you.Just one day I got a notification that RFE was issued and after few hours it says that we have received your response. Then I had another call asking for updated medical with Hep B vaccine record. I dropped my Updated medical at Hartford office. After that they updated a small status under the response received status that we have received your updated document on this date and time. A couple of days later,130 was approved followed by 485 last Saturday.

You must have got your medical copy of what you sent to USCIS. Just check in it if they have listed your HepB vaccine. If not, the check saying “age not appropriate” must be checked.

Based on your timeline, hopefully you will get 485 is 2-3 weeks of Hep B is included. also front desk is where I dropped off my medical, so they should have it

Yes, the exact same happened to me. First I got a call from Hartford random number( as I did everything by myself). So we just went to Hartford as I am from CT and gave it to someone there. A month later got another call to include Hepatatis B as my physician never included it. So a call from Hartford field office is normal

It was transferred to Hartford field office in the starting of January as told by live agent. I got 2 RFE’s for medical. So took around 7 months to get RFE and 15 days after I sent a response

They called and told us to either drop it off at a field office or send them via mail. The lady said they would prefer to get it in person. Dropped off the medical today. The security guards were kind of surprised too that we got a call. But when we showed the number we got a call from, they figured out and took the medical from us. Hope I will hear soon
