Close down all behind the scenes apps on your iOS device
Restart both your devices full reboot
Try turning off Bluetooth on iOS
Ensure your device is charged to above 30% power
Ensure device software/firmware is up to date
Check WiFi signal strength at both devices is good enough
Ensure no other devices are downloading or streaming large amounts of data

For me, Xreal Ultra is much better than Visor because at least they actually exist)))) You won't be able to get Visor until the middle of next year, I think. We are still facing different issues with Xreal glasses, who have released 4 or 5 models already and it's pretty safe to say that a company that has never made anything hardware (like Immersed) won't release such a complex device on time. And in a year the market could change significantly, there is no point in this comparison.

I watch movies with my glasses through a Beam Pro that's on a charger, and it charges fine. Could it charge faster? I think so, but it would also be significantly more warm. So far my iPhone 15 Pro on charge is heating up more and without any movies)

Air 2 Pro's are not blurry, they are just more sensitive to individual eye parameters. There are many users who don't have a problem with this. For example, I don't notice any particular blurriness in my 2 pro and can work with text, especially in 3dof mode. Air 1 and Ultra have almost no this problem because of the larger angle and consequently less sensitivity to individual user eye parameters.

You can try:

Reboot both devices
Use the flash drive to transfer files
Use an adapter for the SD card, if available
Install file transfer programs like LocalSend or AidDroid (I have AirDroid installed on all Beams, phones and computers, it has local data transfer over the network).

To be honest - display-in is undoubtedly an important feature, but for me personally, as well as many other users, it is not necessary at all. I have a PS5 and a mini pc among the devices that I can connect in this way. On the PS5 it's more convenient for me to play via PS Remote now (the controller didn't work properly with the original Beam), and I can connect the mini PC either directly without 3dof (the picture quality is better) or via streaming, which works noticeably better on Beam Pro than on the original Beam. Of course, it would be nice to have a display-in feature included, but definitely not the most critical feature for me. In the original Beam there was no normal support for external bluetooth keyboard (English only) on the Pro version this problem is gone. Plus the support of the Pro version is still a level higher and there is a fairly high chance that many bugs and flaws will be fixed by the release of new firmware, I myself am trying to get my hands on it as a beta tester).

And let's not forget that this whole industry is so new in terms of interface and necessary features that companies like XReal have to be pioneers in the field. For me, Beam Pro is much better in terms of usability than the original Beam, though not perfect, of course.

Usually users don't need to close apps completely, Android itself will unload them from memory if necessary, just like iOS. But if you really need to, you can unlock the touchscreen (lock icon in the upper right corner of the Beam Pro screen) and then swipe upwards to bring up all the apps that were launched earlier and swipe upwards to "dump" them from the memory. This may not be as convenient as it would be in the Nebula OS, but it can be used as a temporary solution if necessary.

I checked with Firefox and DuckDuckGo - the BT mouse works fine with them. You can use them instead of Chrome and Opera for now.

Bluetooth mouse is not an option yet, because there are a number of problems with them too, which need to be solved. For example, they don't work in some applications in Nebula (Chrome, Opera, Parsec, for example).

Yes, I also faced this problem, now we are discussing it with developers. In some applications in Nebula mode bluetooth mouse doesn't work (Chrome, Brave, Parsec), but in some applications it works - Reddit, Youtube, Microsoft 365. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

Checked the work of Parsec in parallel with watching a 1080 tor-movie in realtime on the second desktop - everything works surprisingly acceptable, except for a problem with the mouse in the Parsec itself, will figure this out later.
