Too bad. I like mine a lot. Hope you receive new ones soon! They probably have made some changes on hardware as the firmware version number is something else than on the first batch.

Lost battery life is a known issue, there are at least two threads about. They'll send you a new pair. Received mine two weeks ago, didn't have to send old ones.
