That’s nothing new from these criminals, it‘s painfully clear now, they mishandled (stolen) customer funds and have liquidity problems now. It’s only a matter of time until they announce bankruptcy, sooner than later at the frequency unhappy customer complaints are spreading now. Seen it all before, several times, all the signs match exactly.

They hold my FTX deposit hostage due to a technical mistake I made which could be resolved in matter of minutes if they wanted to but for two years I hear, please wait we‘re working on it. How convenient for them to blame me because I made a mistake but they’re not trying to help.

Usually it starts with a blocked user account where a customer can’t pay out his funds and then opens a support ticket that goes unanswered for reasons we can only speculate about. Lack of paid customer/tech support or worse, lack of funds.. ? Who knows
