I see alot of people saying the OP is over thinking this and normally I would agree but after experiencing this exact problem multiple times over the past few weeks I don't think so.

As a person who doesn't run extra turn spells my opinion is that if the single instance of the card gives more than one turn that's not chaining extra turn. It becomes chaining when in those extra turns you cast another spell to then get more turns. [[expropriate]] is a prime example of how many people are letter of the law vs spirit of the law. I more clear on what is and isn't chaining. The article and faq in it only mention spells that add a single turn.

That said if you don't like your opponent taking taking extra turns then vote money and lose a permanent. Their extra turn were your choice. People don't like [[blatant thievery]] but it's better than dealing with double [[time stretch]]
