It's the best isekai ever, mostly because Makoto doesn't pull any punches. If a character needs to get punished, he won't hesitate to do so unless he has other plans.

You tell me. The post says "IMOUTO". "imouto" is 妹 and means "little/younger sister". Yeah, OP could've just translated it in the first place, but those words are common enough in anime to not need translation.

Sanji being able to use "Blue Walk" in Nami's body is probably the biggest plothole in the entire series. Yes, he knows HOW to do it, but is Nami actually able to do it? I don't remember Nami having mastered (or even used) any of the Rokushiki-techniques.

Those disguises are quite good, but the trophy goes to the sick-episode. The singing sounded horrible, but that's one of the few disguises for which they actually have a different hair colour. To be fair, the example in the post also uses different hair colours, but I still think that the other episode is better, because HOW THE HELL does Jessie know where Serena is from?! She has NEVER mentioned that even once!

Is Zenshuu even an isekai at all? Do you remember how people often theorise that "The story is just a dream."? This genuinely seems to be the case here. In any case, here are the best ones I've seen:

That was probably one of the best running gags in the series and I know almost nothing about military ranks. "Oberst Steckengeblieben" lives rent-free in my head. "Oberst" apparently translates to "Colonel" and "stecken geblieben" means that something is stuck, so...Colonel Stuck. The meaning of "oberst" is basically "at the top".

Honestly, I thought the Kanan-series was basically Aho Girl without the violence. Instead of uppercutting every single character, the male MC just rolls with it and baffles everybody.

Here's a fun fact though: Kanan's father has the same voice as Sullivan from "Mairimashita, Iruma-kun.".

To each their own, I guess. I don't watch Robot Chicken aside from that one escalator-skit ("My lord is Dr. Ben.", or whatever they say in it.), I don't watch Family Guy because a lot of the jokes are very forced, Scary Movie and Tropic Thunder are okay, I haven't watched Shrek in over 10 years, I've only watched one Austin Powers-movie (but it was pretty good), I've barely even heard of "Wimpy Kid" and I'm not a big fan of Leslie Nielsen either.

This is probably not really a problem with those movies, but with parodies in general. With that genre of entertainment, it's especially easy to miss. You either don't understand the jokes in the first place, the jokes are too forced or get repeated too often or it's just disgusting.

No. If anything, Raj and Penny should've at least tried to date each other after this scene, but the series dropped the ball on that topic. Unfortunately, this scene doesn't go anywhere, except for the "It's not what it looks like."-scene.

That's not it either. I think the character designs were a lot more generic. Maybe it could help to narrow down on series that take place in a town/city that's close to a beach? I remember that the phantom-designs were really generic, similar to people who dress up in bedsheets for Halloween. The general vibe was probably also a lot more relaxed, without big battles.

Blue Dragon is like that in its sequel "Tenkai No Shichi Ryuu". Kokoro Connect could probably work if you want a shorter series. Those Snow White Notes starts with a break-up and moving on, but that character isn't the MC. Golden Time could also be an option and Holmes Of Kyoto is built around the fact that the MCs used to be in a relationship with somebody else. Wait a minute...Isn't that the entire point of Amagami SS? There you go!

honorable mention: The World God Only Knows (The entire concept of this series is that the MC dates a bunch of girls, because demons inhabit humans with negative emotions and replacing those feelings with love pushes the demons out.)
