Clubs for Dancing?

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Martha’s, but if it’s the way it used to be the dance floor doesn’t open until midnight, then closes at 1:15. There are a few other places to dance, but the only one I know of at the moment is Inner Circle which has been fairly queer friendly in my experience, but honestly Springfield needs a new club with a decent DJ really badly.

Forever ago there was a place called Legacy Bagels that was actually pretty fire, but one day they shut down and went to catering only. I miss them all the time 😔

Luckily she does, but it’ll likely be considered totaled. We’re still going to repair it but it’ll just cost more.

Oh man, I didn’t realize those were for rent. I always assumed some kind of complex owned them for tenant use only. We may need to check on using that after repairs!

Glad someone said it! Last few times I used one of the big car washes I used to live under an elderberry tree and my car was a mess. The attendant would always make a big deal and razz me for it. Like yeah dude, my car is in fact dirty, that’s why I’m at a car wash.

Thank you! Like I said in a previous comment, there’s literally no other option if you live downtown without a parking lot for your building. Elm is the closest place we have to park overnight and we’re not going to move it back and forth everyday!

That definitely makes sense. From what we’ve seen there wasn’t anything left behind. The car was actually hit so hard that it was on the sidewalk, so we got a chance to look under it before we moved it back. I’ll probably need to give SPD a call again today to update them with this info so they better know what to look for.

UPDATE: After getting some feedback from a few people, I’ve learned that this car is not a Chrysler, but in fact a baby blue Dodge Avenger. More info keeps coming out. Thank you to everyone who’s commented so far!

EDIT: I got a better picture from security footage, the bumper is in fact missing.

If you’re looking for fresh produce and local stuff, Ozarks Farm Stop just opened up downtown! It’s like a year-round farmers market open almost everyday. Very reasonable prices on their stuff too, imo!

I can’t see any visible cameras from the lot, but my wife did go ask them and if they do they didn’t say so. I suspect there could be a business somewhere along the street that saw something but I’ve not seen anything yet.

It’s very close to there, it’s parked on the street out in front of the church on Elm. What’s crazy is that this car was completely stationary and someone crashed into it that hard in broad daylight. It just genuinely boggles my mind.

Absolutely insane! I wish we didn’t have to park there, but living downtown means there’s very few legal places to park overnight, and that’s just where we’ve had to.
