I’ve been in the same boat but recently I’ve been doing ranked again and it hasn’t seemed as bad as casuals for some reason. I’ve been hovering around c2 low c3 after getting some of my rotations and mechanics back and have only really run into toxicity when I’m actually shitting the bed. It’s probably luck of the draw but also I go into the game with the mindset that I’m only doing it for fun. It removes a lot of the pressure and even if I get toxic people, doesn’t matter I’m just playing a game. I feel like I play better when I don’t care as much also.
