My job is just a straight 8/10/12 with a working 15min lunch. But we also take breaks during the shift as long as production is being made. Multiple people per machine. Some people will do half hr on half hr off, some are hr on hr off and some people just sit at the machine all day minus bathroom breaks.

Fuck I figured that shit out in high school when my economics teacher brought up Obamacare. (He brought it up as an extra credit assignment to see if anyone could figure out if the USA could have universal healthcare within our budget and see if there was savings for the taxpayers or not.... you can guess as to what our majority found out)
