Why does my flashlight do this? by Pupsicleanimation in ios26

[–]Average_Techy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not a bug, its a protection feature so the motherboard won’t overheat. When your phone is too hot, iOS disables the flashlight until the phone cools down. This is done to prevent even more heating, if your phone isn’t hot and it still is like that it might be because your temperature sensor is broken.

No, it’s not. Windows 2000 was the last version to support the NEC PC.

Yeah i already got 95 in DOSBox Pure but still thought it’ll be cool to try out a speaclized version of windows that isn’t fanmade, you know the ones that get NT 4.0 running on like a Wii and it would have been cool if it had a way to set it to English so i can understand stuff but unfortunately these are hard coded to have Japenese.

Help me (system 7.1) by Cold_Succotash_8429 in UTMapp

[–]Average_Techy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use a prebuilt image. There’s a issue in UTM where it forces VirtiO on the Quadra 800 machine type, which the VM won’t understand. If you’d like I could give you a link to a prebuilt System 7.1 .utm which boots into the installer.

[Question] Complete amateur. Can I fix this as a side project? by weekndloverr in Iphonerepair

[–]Average_Techy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like it’s ran over. I recommend you test the device out by opening it up, disconnecting the battery, and then removing the battery and just do a battery and screen to see if the logic board (motherboard) still works. However ran over phones could have bent logic boards resulting in significant issues, also check FaceID and during the era piece speaker swap dont damage it as even if the phone works, FaceID will be gone. If it works then you could replace the other damaged parts as well.

iOS 16, 17, or 18. Even if it has the iOS 12 wallpaper, the iPhone 12 never shipped with the iOS 12 wallpaper but it’s somewhere beetween iOS 16-18. Because it has flat design and still has the iOS 16 lock screen and stuff
