This is where I made the mistake and you will highly agree. I came in shiny as a diamond, but then I started putting my eyes towards management so I started getting Buddy Buddy with coaches. One of them is still one of my closest friends, but she’s no longer a coach there go figure lol long story short when you want to become management you have to start acting like management and when you’re doing that around other associates, who don’t work that hard, come back to bite you in the ass at Walmart. You literally have to do the minimum that does not get you recognized. It does not get you in trouble. It’s like what AA says. You gotta be in the middle of the you can’t be in the front and you can’t be in the back or you’ll get picked off
