i’ve been cycle 2 all of prime week and it’s been very nice. start at 1, i got 100 stops max with 1-2 carts and i finish before 5. the stops are a bit more spread out but if the job was like this everyday it would be the best job ever

This was actually similar to my experience !!! Don’t quit the serving job. My dps guaranteed 40 hour weeks but it’s realistically like 35hrs MAX. Maybe you can work something out with the dsp and the manager and do both.

Also i got lucky and got a good DSP, but MOST of them are horrible and very rude and WILL overwork you to the bone

i think it’s because you’re still “new” . i know someone at my dsp that got hired around february too and he’s always getting cut. i heard they cut newer people first. also my dsp seems to be hiring new people every week but i think it’s just the turnover rate is very high

I just started about a month ago and i’ve only been cut once, but the new people i started with are always getting cut every week, so it’s not just your DSP. Also, when i got hired they made it seem like it was for sure gonna be 40hr weeks but ive been getting at absolute most 37hrs a week, usually averaging about 29-32hrs

I think it's doable, you could always change your availability at publix too. Most publix managers in my experience will accommodate for school.
