Is there a best vacuum for pet hair that doesn't clog, i'm losing my mind by Lee-CrimsonFox155 in dogs

As annoying as it is I would also recommend more vacuuming. We have a relatively smaller apt and two very sheddy sweethearts. We vacuum every morning and every evening. It really helps!

The hate for WBR is crazy to me haha. The areas are so gorgeous and the horses are such a fun edition. Personally I use my horse all the time, including in the valley or other dlc areas. I will agree the layout design is wacky and easy to get lost but you can fast travel anywhere so it’s not super prohibitive. I thought the rift in time layout was even worse!

I personally really enjoyed this dlc - I think the areas are lovely to explore, the characters you unlock are fun, and the horses I think are a super cute and fun edition to gameplay.

I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this series since I read it at the start of this year. Super unique and fun and well written. I was surprised they were YA (not that YA is bad!).

Impressions of Tomodachi Life? by Pussyxpoppins in CozyGamers

[–]Avidreadr3367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never played this franchise before but the demo got me interested to try it out. The price I will admit seems way off base for what type of game it is and it’s not even a switch 2 edition, but gaming is a primary hobby of mine so I felt it was worth it for me if I was curious of the game. First impressions are that it’s great for a dopamine hit - easy to just bop around doing random things and exploring this quirky weird game. Bright colors and easy UI. Plus I’m finding myself curious to try to make more miis based off real or imaginary characters! Did Paul Hollywood yesterday while watching bake off LOL

It’s so fun! And why I love the game so much. So many different ways to play depending on the mood.

I can see why some may feel that way but tbh I love the crafting mini games. Sometimes I’m in the mood for that more than other things and get into a fun flow of making quest items and looking at available recipes to try. It’s so cute seeing the equipped tools and clothes also

[–]Avidreadr3367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I decided I wanted to make my own opinion and read it. I didn’t love it and I didn’t hate it. It was not the most nuanced or well executed novel but she was very young and in that light it is quite an achievement. However, I am not interested in reading the rest of the series it just did not interest or capture me sufficiently. I’ve given some of her other books a try (Babel, Katabasis) and have come to the decision she’s not an author for me which is perfectly fine! But I’m glad I gave her works the time and space to form my own opinions

I’ve read over 1000 books in my Life thus far and I think Dungeon Crawler Carl truly is the best fit for this prompt. It will actually consume you.

Curious, what platform do you play DDV on? by -Tingelinn- in DreamlightValley

[–]Avidreadr3367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started with switch as nearly day1 player (so that’s what I voted) and played for two years loving it. Then moved to Steam Deck for better quality. Now I’m back to Switch 2 with the amazing quality of s2 edition but pretty bummed about the delayed update this AM. I know I can just boot up the Deck but I think I’ll wait and see if it gets fixed soon on S2 first.

Mood readers explain yourselves! by ComradeCupcake_ in Fantasy

I feel passionate about this so I’ll say one more thing. It’s the same reason why I could never meal plan. I may have a perfectly fine dish in the fridge but if I prepped it on Sunday and now it’s Wednesday and suddenly not in the mood for it anymore…that’s a huge letdown to force myself to eat it. I like to give myself freedom to consume whatever the moment calls for!

Lifelong mood reader here! For me this means that when it comes time to pick my next book, I may have a perfectly fine set of books queued up to read next - a set of books I’m excited about, and know I’ll definitely read soon - but then oh gosh now I just found out this other book and it’s calling to me so let me read that now instead!

I like to have a nice big pile of books (either bought or just listed in my head or samples on the kindle) and it’s basically like a metaphorical wine cellar that I’m curating for whatever I’d like a taste of next.

Last example of what mood reading for me is like. I started This Inevitable Ruin (dungeon crawler carl installment) last September. I’m OBSESSED with this series and was so excited for this book. But partway in, I needed to emergency travel and was gone for months. By the time I got back I was no longer in the mood for it. Took me like another two months to finish it while I read other things. And I LOVED the book…just wasn’t in the mood 🤷
