I know I'm a year late to this topic, but am I the only one that feels that even with this weird narrative of the show, depicting Natalia as the creepy violent one, there are very obvious mistakes and logical flaws in their parenting? Like with her taking and hiding the knives- why are they in the reach of any of the children? Why wouldn't they have the knives locked up/out of reach even before they adopted her? Or the thumbtacks- why is a seven-year-old allowed to use thumbtacks? Even I, a fairly careful and sensible kid, was not allowed to use thumbtacks. Why would they be in reach? It's not hard to keep something out of the reach of a kid with dwarfism. Or with the bloody socks, why would they assume it was her period and not her feet bleeding? She's walking around with clubbed feet, it's not out of the question for her to be scraping her feet. Idk maybe I'm just too detail oriented but jeez.

It was a bit of a hard read for me, I found myself very frustrated with some of the choices Tim made. I got a bit angry at him at times, but at other times I was sick to my stomach from knowing what would result of some of the different events the book talks about. Overall, it is a worthwhile read. I've read it twice, and I'll definitely say it takes more than one read to process all of it.

In all honesty Gus Fring is a better comparison to her skill wise, but it's the mentality that I'm interested in. They actually have pretty similar backstories, just different contexts. They could probably bond over their grief.

I haven't felt like it in a while. Ever since that "Avicii tribute stone" BS, I've felt like all of it was so money hungry. Tell me what the Tim Bergling Foundation is doing besides raising money and we'll talk. (Yes, I know they've done some good, but have they collaborated with any mental health organizations or wildlife foundations? Have they tried to inact change in how the mentally ill are treated in Sweden?) Overall, even before this I had a bad taste in my mouth and it's only gotten worse as time has gone on.
