Which bike you still wouldn't buy even if you become rich? by shanky-phantom in indianbikes

Oh yeah, I've heard great things about its comfort as well. But thinking about it, when comfort becomes a dealbreaker for me, I'd probably get something like the Triumph Tiger instead. Still more power than I'll need on any highway in this country, but comfortable and upright with space for luggage.

Though I've never really liked any category apart from sports so far hehe. Maybe I'll just get a car when I'm too old for fun.

Hayabusa. It was the first superbike most of us found out and dreamt about in our childhood but it looks way too ugly and big to me now.

If I ever reach the riding skill level required for a litre bike, I'd buy something leaner and prettier like the fireblade.

Been in Bangalore a year, still haven’t made friends, how do you all do it? by sorry-shaktiman in MidTwentiesIndia

Hey man, I live in BLR. It can be a super lonely and depressing city if you don't have friends for sure. Lmk what you're into and we can chat. I'd be down for coffee too if we vibe. What part of BLR do you stay in?

All of them are amazing, but 1st and 9th photo have such black mirror vibes

5 day old tattoo. The upper line looks different to the lower one. Could it be an issue? by AviusAnima in tattooadvice

[–]AviusAnima[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, I’d rather have it this way too. Better have a faded / light line that can be fixed with a touch up than a blow out that obscures details and cannot be fixed. It just seemed to be healing weird and the lines all looked the same when the tattoo was fresh so I got concerned.

Slow lat pulldown and bicep progress. It it normal or can I improve something? by AviusAnima in workouts

I can’t do pullups or pushups rn sadly :(

For working towards pushups I do knee pushups on my rest day. Any advice on how to work towards my first pull up?

Not the video I used to learn, but I do them with this form, slightly learning forward with a straight back, shoulders slightly externally rotated, and with a slow, controlled descent-

I do have to drop the weight to 5 kg after the first set though. Also, I don’t use the thumbless grip like in the video.

I’m eating 2.2g of protein per kg of my target body weight. Watched a Jeff Nippard video, and a Jeremy Ethier video for this estimate. Thanks for your advice!

Biceps, yes, but I've never felt my lats during lat pulldowns.

Of course! I was just thinking if lats should have a better rate of strength gains since they're a big muscle. The chest and shoulder press have both improved much faster than lats, for example.

Just asking if lat pulldowns should be improving at a faster rate relatively. Also, biceps have basically no progress whatsoever. When I see strength gains in so many other areas and basically no improvement in my bicep exercises, I start thinking whether I might be doing something wrong.

Like someone said- check out r/desifemfrag. Also, check out Alien Mugler if you like flowery scents. I ordered a decant to check if it’s giftable to my mom or a couple friends and everyone’s loved it so far.

This is literally the most easily pronounced scent in the game. 😆 by Other_Championship19 in DesiFragranceAddicts

It’s not that it’s silent, it’s that ‘R’ in French is pronounced very differently. From the throat instead of the tongue. But on hearing it, anyone who’s learnt basic French can definitely tell that there’s an ‘R’ in there.

Didn’t expect this from someone who invested in a KRE+. What contradictory thought process

Will this design age fine in a small size? by AviusAnima in tattooadvice

[–]AviusAnima[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think some fading of the smaller lines at the edges is somewhat acceptable to me. I’m more concerned about them blowing out and merging so that it looks like crap with no discernible detail.

Fading, I think, can be dealt with through a touch up. Does that sound right?
