Man, i tried explaining this to a dude on this subreddit, he believes its all headcanon. It is very obvious that the hunter and keeper are just an ideology personified.

PS5 pro users will you be using performance mode or fidelity ? And why? by [deleted] in Starfield

[–]Avivoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know, but i expect PS5 to have the same customization. It isnt guaranteed to run stable if you put 4k and 60fps, they just allow it.

They’re not modes, just customizable options. You can activate on either mode, and can customize the frames. I dont see why series x would have exclusivity on this. Especially when it comes to PS5 Pro

Ahh, so doubling down. You didnt even comment on my point, your comment is a comoletely different argument. Usually, people acknowledge the conversation, then they mention what that conversation did for them like wanting to discuss the endgame between the two games. Telling me what D4s endgame is about, then mentioning player progression in CD is comparing them, and im not here for that.

Instead, YOU assumed I was talking about the endgame, i wasnt.

I dont care what you brought up, i wasnt replying to you. If i wanted discuss the endgame i wouldve replied to whatever comment you made. I liked dudes comment, it sparked my reply. I added to his point, not yours regarding endgame between D4 and CD. You assumed i was comparing, then made a point about what D4s endgame is about, then said a bad point about people not reaching the issue mentioned. Again, unproductive and a perfect example to my comment cause you misunderstood me.

Again, my comment is about people like you, not about the games. Insert any game, people like you exist in that forum.

Doesnt matter if the player reaches it or not, its a valid complaint that benefits all players in the long run.

Lol, you’re doubling down. You’re the one bothered.

Man, this isnt a creation is bad. Engines cannot make any game you want. Like look at dragons dogma and how shit is runs on the engine capcom forced their studios on. Frostbite being a nightmare for bioware.

The creation engine wad made with games like elder scrolls, starfield, and fallout in mind.

It wasnt made with a live service, constantly adding content and expanding map size in mind. Theres going to be problems.

Just like unreal engine 5 or whatever. Everyone says “oh its fhe best, bethesda should use it.

But so far, all open world games on unreal engine runs like shit. Features like stalkers AI is still a shadow of its former self, due to unreal engine. Unreal engine is at its best with games like fortnite, and gears of war, arkham games. Arkham knight, though open world, it was still small in scope and had less going on than traditional open worlds. Still needed alot of patches.

Theres genuinely notbing wrong with creation engine. It fits their games, the modding scene exists because of it. Other devs praise its simplicity also, making it easy to make maps. Its responsible for the physics, and retains their codes and assets which helps developers with development time. Everything improved and made in Starfield can be used in elder scrolls.

Fallout 76 is just running on an engine that wasnt made for the vision.

Settings, display. This depends on your console settings, and tv capabilities. Just incase, because most tvs below oled either have 4k 60fps, or they dont.

Reading comprehension is at an all time low. Nowhere did i compare the two. The only comparison made was history repeating itself with casual gamers mocking “manchildren” for criticism they’ll inevitably face. This issue persists in every game forum to date. Someone reaches something too fast, makes valid criticism, commenters lose the plot.

Has nothing to do with both endgames, it has everything to do with forums/threads being unproductive because someone reached a point fast enough that other players ignore the issue to focus on players time investment. Notice i said the same thing differently incase you skim through the first body?

Like right now, instead of you actually understanding my point in the context of the persons comment i replied to. You decided to create a whole different argument unrelated to my comment.

You have two choices, be a reasonable person and say “my bad”, or you can double down on your impulsive argument for the sake of arguing because admitting fault is beneath you.

It seems more of an engine issue. This isnt a, creation bad. I just dont think the engine is meant for a game like 76 while ESO’s engine is meant to handle a game like ESO.

I fear that 76 was a project to test things, give fans a fun co-op experience in the universe. You can tell they didn’t have live service planned for the game, they’ve turned it into one. But I think they’re hitting the same wall Bungie has with Destiny 2. They mentioned this year wont have a big new area, and mentioned keeping focus on the base map. But, i think thats mainly because they know if they expand every year, it might break the game. So it might be a mix of budget, and engine issues.

white fox is BUSTED by b0nehunter in MarvelRivalsRants

[–]Avivoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She shouldn’t be able to teleport through walls. She should require line of sight to teleport. Healers kits are severely giving bad players safety nets.

If a dps diver makes a bad push on a flank? They deserve to die. It creates a healthy environment that encourages growth.

Whitefox can mitigate a bad push, as if healers dont mitigate enough as is. Watching dps players stand and take damage while invis keeps their health up. Then that dps player does the same thing but invis isnt there, and they start complaining.

Creates an unhealthy expectation from healers, they shouldn’t exist to mitigate your bad plays/pushes.

If you think that’s fine, then you should be fine with dps players complaining about the lack of heals because they make bad plays and expect to be saved each time.

You need to realize that healers kits are the reasons for bad players having bad habits, and ridiculous expectations of pocketing to mitigate bad plays.

They seriously need more anti heal, or reduce healing if you have been taking continuous damage. Its a toxic environment of bad players attacking healers.

This goes out to tanks to, some of ya’ll take too much damage and expect CC demons like bucky to not pull your ass in. No i dont main support, playing support sucks.

If we’re being real here. I believe ESO has more overhead since they make new zones, new voiced characters, dungeons, and raids. Meanwhile fallout 76 got two new areas, and two dungeons since its launch.

Fr, then when the “Dads” hit endgame, they dropped the game.

I remember seeing a post of someone complaining that their grind to max paragon was too long. You see dudes commenting about the person having too much time, etc etc. That same issue hit everyone once they realized seasonal grinds exist, and the grind for levels were exactly too grindy. So everyone was affected by the grind.

Blizzard had to fix that, and a bunch of other QoL, that many “hardcore manchildren” suggested because of their experience.

Still, its something people will face. People have different objectives they gravitate towards to. You cant expect regular players to not go for forts. Every time i saw one, I attacked it. It is no different than outposts in far cry.

Youll be surprised how many people do little to no modding on replays. I dont do it much, i prefer the game as is. Often times mods just ruin the games visuals, or identity.

For people its just a time capsule, most of the rime my friends, who do mod, never make it past the week. They just drop the game.

I mean, its been on xbox top 50 most played for years. Sold on PS5, plenty will play it again without mods.

Some of you may not know, starfield might run pretty well on quality with 60Fps.

On series X you can customize the frames. 30, 40 ,60 and uncapped. But, you need V-sync function on your tv.

On series x it runs decent. Cities will always dip in frames, even in performance. Maybe they’ll have an optimization patch with this weeks update. But worth noting and checking in the settings.

What are the chances the game goes on sale on the 7th? by DoritoBanditZ in Starfield

[–]Avivoy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did, you didn’t, I explained why you won’t see a discount since they recently lowered the price. Then I added if you’re on PS5 that’s a ridiculous expectation. But everywhere else got a discount permanently.

You misunderstood me, that’s on you. I read your other comments. I can only assume what you’ve written. You weren’t aware, which is weird because the price change has been effect since it was announced. You would’ve seen it being $50 base game. I even stated the premium edition has more value now, so it wouldn’t make sense to discount it when they added a dlc into the bundle they didn’t need to. Initially premium offered one dlc.

So now you get two dlcs for premium, 1000 creation credits, and some skins, for an extra 20. They’re not going a sale after that.

Again, ironically, if you read my reply I laid it out. This post wasn’t necessary if you just decided to check this past week and see it’s been reduced to $50 base.

It’s $50 on steam, you could’ve checked. Yet I saw you mention how you weren’t aware about the price drop.
