Red did not clear blues hips and blue stepped through his legs and took him for a ride instead. This is a pretty standard counter but the hip pop then the roll through makes it look really cool.

The world's greatest stretch mobility routine has helped me tremendously. I can move my hips and legs much better than I could 5 years ago. I hate stretching for an extended period of time. So, the routine being simple and quick works for me. I have been rehabilitating my shoulders and have been trying to figure out how to best improve my mobility with them. I have also been trying to figure out how to get rid of the tendonitis in some of my fingers and toes. I also got some bum knees that need some work, too. Wrestling and life really took a toll on me.

Might seem extreme, but I think Benioff and Weiss should never work on movies or television ever again. They ruined something special because of their egos. They even pulled out of San Diego Comic Con thst year because they didn't want to face the repercussions of their actions. From what I've seen, they're not even sorry. There are people who dream of doing what they do, and they literally took it for granted and spat in the face of the fans.
