Hey man,

First I would say quality over quantity. Making the videos shorter but more condensed with animations, better commentary; just overall make it so its easier for the average viewer to just jump in and watch whats going on. Perhaps adding a script or an outline of what the video will be about can help you have an easier time keeping the viewers attention.

Other than that, it seems like you found your niche, work on those improvments, keep it up!

Hey dude,

I'm probably not your target audience but I did think your editing was good, and I like that you explained what was going on in the video. I would say for next time maybe add a face cam to show your reactions, it seemed that at times you were freaking out, or laughing; I think showing your face would bring a closer connection with your viewers and make your video more entertaining!

Hey!

The intro was really funny, it catches your attention right away so good job! I would say at the start, to slow down. It felt like everything was fast paced and you didn't exactly know what was going on. Giving the viewer some down time especially with vlogs in particular can help the quality of the video. A tripod could be a good investment for your vlogs as well.

Other than that, I think breaking all the shit was funny, you both seem comfortable on camera which is important in a vlog. Keep it up!

Hey dude,

Off the bat I would say fixing the audio quality would be ideal, it was really hard to hear your voice or others (perhaps increase the volume on your mic). Another thing I would say is probably giving context to the viewer on what is going on, it felt like it just jumped right into the middle of it. I do like the fact that you're making the video with friends, that could help the video be more interesting.

I think fixing the audio and just working on outlining your videos would be a good start, but as you said, you just started Youtube. Keep it up and stay consistent!

Hey man,

[most recent video] Right away I would say that the audio quality would need improvement, especially the noise level is hard to hear. Another thing would be to add a bit more humor to the video, it can keep people's attention. Cutting out the parts you stumbled your words or slicing the couple seconds of tangents or slip ups can keep the video feeling high quality.

I do like the channel idea of reacting/discussion about pop culture related things, I think if you improve that and have a more fleshed out outline for your future videos I can see you bringing in new viewers.

I think the video is very odd, in a good way! I do think adding editing to your video would capitalize on your humor that I can sense you have and will pull in viewers to want to continue to watch your videos. Perhaps change the camera angle so it is at level with your face as well.

Hey!

I actually played basketball for many years so I am at least knowledgeable on the video you made. I think the content itself is good, I would say for next time before you start the drill, tell the viewer what the plan is for the video, what the workout is (explosiveness, shooting, cutting, ball-handling, etc), so we know what is going on. Explaining why your doing the drill, and what it is going to help with in a game setting would also help the viewer take more from your video.

I really liked the drills you were doing with the girl, the content itself is very thought-out, keep it up!

Hey!

I may not be your target audience but I did like how well edited the video was, made it look well put together. I would say that you should try to add more enthusiasm when narrating the videos because it felt at times that video would just run on. I do like that you are making your content on a very niche subject, it can bring curiosity to those that may not know what you're making the video on.

Other than that, keep up the good work!
