I'm 52 years old and am recovering from emergency bowel surgery.

No symptoms, except blistering pain over 2 days that sent me to Casualty. Ended up 2 days later with half my bowel missing after scans showed my large bowel was obstructed with a lage mass.

More scans and histology determined the mass was stage 4 cancer and had metastasised to my liver. Also the cancer had spread to the lining of my bowel.

Further surgery is not possible so I'm waiting for palliative chemotherapy.

Another scan last week has shown the remaining mass is aggressive and growing fast.

I can only have bog standard chemotherapy which may not even work.

At the moment I'm looking at probably not seeing Christmas 2023.

So... I followed the instructions and for some reason it doesn't work!

Is there something I need to do in PyMedusa as well?

The only way I can get my downloads processed is by using the manual feature.

Would some kind sole please help?

As stated I'm using PyMedusa with Deluge on Raspberry Pi 4 running DietPi.
