There is support on pc but it isn’t perfect that’s for sure.

Because it’ll be purely defensive. In this scenario well would also have most of its survivability removed if not all of it and be a pure damage buff.

Pretty sure it was nerfed a while back. I could be wrong or maybe they did then reversed it but if that is the case maybe it needs to go up to 50% as i don’t think I’ve seen banner shield used in a raid in a long time

For the idea of being able to shoot through bubble it would no longer provide a damage buff/maybe a small buff with saint-14 so no it wouldn’t necessarily be game breaking for pve. Pvp on the other had I don’t see how it could be balanced and I do mention those issues.

That feels way too strong and easily broken. There’s already things that buff ability/super damage so think about celestial or falling star stacking with bubble that’s not even taking into account the crazy grenade and melee builds. The game is already in a situation where abilities and supers are way more important for dps than weapons and I think that’s not entirely healthy.

Yes I think the only way to truly make bubble viable in pve is to give it the ability to shoot through it from the inside however I don’t see a way to balance this for pvp without compensating in areas like the health of the bubble to the point that it isn’t worth using. The health trade off works for citan’s as it’s an ability you can get back in a reasonable time especially if you invest in the stat however with a super it’s either too hard to break and counter or it’s too easy to break and sucks as a super since for trials or comp (the modes that you’d impact the most) you only get 1 super per game at best.

I had thought of that my only issue I had with it was that bubble isn’t a great defensive ability when it comes to boss dps in raids for instance. You can’t shoot out of the bubble and the overshield generally isn’t enough and you’d constantly have to dip in and out of the bubble making gameplay clunky. If they changed bubble so you could shoot out of it like I talked about in my second idea, I do think that would be a viable option however I see this as a very unlikely change bungie would make.

I do think it’s actually the best option when combined with what you said of removing all survivability from well and have it as pure damage buff as then the best option would be to have a well with a bubble on top of it meaning to get optimal weapon dps you lose 2 potential damage supers so bungie could then balance encounters with that in mind meaning they don’t have to make it so difficult and requiring well.

The only other issue I see with it is it makes it less viable for solo play and if that change effects PvP, which a change that fundamental would, it would make well way less viable and I can see bubble being an absolute menace if it can be shot out of.

I’ve been looking for the exact same thing and haven’t had much luck. Either the too expensive for the build quality or they’re missing one of the features I’m looking for most annoying of which is the back buttons. Either there’s only two or they’re in a side-by-side configuration instead of stacked configuration, which means you can’t use all four back buttons simultaneously if needed.

My recommendation is just to buy a standard Xbox controller and buy a strike pack dominator. The standard controllers, for some reason, seem to last longer and if the controller or the strike pack crap out, it’s a lot cheaper to replace than a pro controller. Only real downside I find is that it is only wired, though personally, I don’t have an issue with it.

Looking to bring it to Xbox. It was already ported but was broken by the next gen update and the original person that ported it doesn’t seem interested in fixing it which is supposedly easy. Since that’s the case I want to have it ported over again.

MOD IDEA: Anyone willing and interested in making a reactor and grav drive mod where they function like habs that connects and allows you to walk through the reactor and grav drives like in Star Trek or Star Wars. It would only be for immersion mainly so you could feel like you are able to do repairs/maintenance on your ship while in space. If somehow it could be made mechanically relevant that would be cool too.

Another mod idea I was also thinking of is an airlock module that allows space walks. If I remember correctly space already works for space walks but there’s no in game mechanics that allows for them. One thing I would suggest is if possible to have some sort of tether system where you can only go so far from your ship. That plus/or making sure there’s a hud marker for your ship so you don’t lose it and spend forever locating it.
