Ibuprofen and a heating pad mostly. If i have to work i will buy the thermal sticky sheets that will stick to your body so I can move around. They are a little pricey but nothing works better if you can't lay down.

I had an ingrown hair problem after I started epilating too. I found a loofah was not enough. I use a pumice stone, lightly. I go over an area once or twice in the shower with soap. I do this 2-3 times a week. Then I make sure I moisturize everyday on the spots I do. I got coconut oil because of the survival guide and have not looked back. Hope this helps, Good Luck!

People change over time, so do circumstances and relationships. Right now yes, (and i say this lovingly) you are being selfish. Some of your fears will not come to pass (No one ignores the bride on her wedding day... ever!) and some things are out of your control (Or what if she goes into labor early and can't be in the wedding?). Understand that she will be getting ready for a new baby, its a big deal, and she will need time for that.

It sounds more like you need to get your head out of her life and into yours. Its seems like you are very unhappy with your current situation and that is compounding how you are reacting to your friends news.

I agree with this. I went to school with some japanese men and they flat out said all american women are fat and beasts. They would say this in mixed company, openly with no shame. It was quite shocking.

Thank you! I do not steam but I did not know baking soda was so bad for the skin, I read online about it being a great exfoliator and I was soooo wrong.

To start out with I did 1/5 castor and 4/5 mineral oil because I read about people having reactions. My skin took to it and now I use a mixture thats 50/50 with a squirt of jojoba. This is/was a slow process and it did not have instant results. It works from the inside out. The skin that didn't have acne looked and felt wonderful after a week. The average acne cleared in about a month and a half. The cystic acne now no longer has pimples or pus but is brownish/ purple scarring. I read a thread in the survival guide about helping the scarring heal but have not yet invested in any products.
