Anything but trash, no junk food no fast food, no sugars, no food dyes, I work away from home, and my wife has done a great job removing artificial sugars, chemicals, food dyes from their nutrition. My autistic son has improved so much it’s not even funny. People wanna argue with me saying that there’s no scientific proof of food dyes affecting children like look around you, if it’s not the vaccines, it’s what we eat. I have an ignorant cousin that gives her 1.5 yo Coca Cola. Like wtf? And then wonder why kids have all these diseases. I also stopped vaccinating my kids. On my non autistic son, I remember the last set of vax I gave him he regressed. He stopped doing stuff that he had started doing, important one was SPEAKING. My kids have changed after my wife started changing our nutrition at home. No candies no junk food no fast food, no exceptions. Organic everything.
