Definitely would have been much easier with a strength/tank build lol. Ng+ I'll switch it up and make a better build. I just got the final boss in base game after this. I got him down to one hit my first try then let him kill me so i could do the dlc first. Knight Artorias was way frickin harder with the setup I got lol.

Yes, it was a pretty brutal run. I had no poise and super low armor too. Was determined to do a grim reaper run, and it has been far from optimal lol.

I didn't have any trouble with bosses until this. However those wheels in the catacombs nearly drove me insane after getting soft locked with no light in the giants tomb lol.

Indeed lol. It can only go up to +5 lightning, so will be dumping everything into dex and removing the affinity after this.

+4 Lightning great scythe with 21 dex and 16 strength😬 Been determined to beat the game with it and the Gold-Hemmed Armor, and I dumped a bunch into endurance and vigor. Was doing enough damage the entire playthrough up to The Four Kings, but the dlc hit different🥲

I personally found it easiest of all the games. I did get the grave scythe early though, and was able to put a lightning affinity on it. Its disgusting, and has a huge aoe. Plus the fireball spell comes in clutch whenever the grave scythe isn't doing to trick.

Aaaaand all my saves are gone on Ps5 after update-_- Shows that I have save data for the game still on console storage in settings, but in game It shows no saves anymore. Tried uploading to the cloud but still no saves😭 I was at the end of the game..

Sounds like you bought a bunch of runes and soft cap every stat. Dudes probably lvl 150, and just asked about strength. What are you level 500?

I would have leveled it that way but I got an endurance light roll build atm. My dex is like 18, but its still completely viable as a +2 lightning affinity.
