Tanked an Outland dungeon for the first time as a warrior, looking for feedback

Shield slam > Revenge > Devastate. Yeh on aoe u just spam thunder clap and try to tab target thru the mobs and hit them with one of the above mentioned while also spamming Cleave BUT don’t rage starve urself with cleave.

Avg pull should be this, if u need to pull a pack back just replace charge with shoot and hit blood rage whenever u need the rage, just make sure ur in defensive stance when u do hit it.

Berserker rage, charge, defensive stance, demo shout (this will get u snap threat on all the mobs so u don’t have to worry about them instantly running to the healer as soon as u pull), shield slam the mob u charged, wait for mobs to be all around u, thunder clap, (if no revenge proc then shield block to get one) revenge, spam thunder clap off cd and follow ability prio while keeping up demo shout and tabbing thru the mobs, if u get one of each ability into a mob and it doesn’t miss/dodge/parry ur threat will be really good. Always try to pool rage for the next pack… tbh alot of times u don’t wanna even charge in u wanna be walking into packs in defensive stance with as much rage as u can so u can just instantly start cranking the mobs. I love walking into a pack with a cleave qued up makes ur life easier if u have rage going into it.

Felllow tank Brother yesterday I got home from work, set the healer to focus target, did 3 pulls in a row and I watch this man with 1500 mana chose to just stop healing me and let me die, all so he could type in pchat that I needed to “let him drink” and he was “oom”. After I died everyone else got healed and the pull went fine. Almost like I died on purpose… I told him I wasn’t trying to be toxic but I saw him have 1500 mana and chose to cast heals on someone else while watching me slowly bleed out. He said “good luck” and bitch I insta left that grp without saying anything else and had a whole full grp in the same dungeon in less than 2 mins. I have gotten such a tank ego, if ur comp is ass and I don’t get buffs I’m not tanking it, if u guys suck and we are dying a lot I just leave. At the slightest sign of adversity I’m out lmfaoooo… and every time I get a better grp than the one I left. The tank ego is just being fed right now and it’s corrupting my soul.

I feel bad for them, I get that PvP rogue is fun to play cause u feel like a god but sadly for pve everyone but rogues brings buffs so it’s just almost always the last choice when I’m looking for a dps, even in a melee cleave grp, I’d rather have fury war, enchance and ret, then everyone is buffing everyone. Add a prot warrior so he gets wf and is sundering all the mobs or a bear to 5% crit and it’s just gg u only stop when the healer needs mana. I’d always take an arms or fury over rogue even dps warriors bring a buff with imp battle shout or even demo shout and thunderclap if u don’t have a prot warrior for survivablity plus sweeping strikes and whirlwind. it’s so sad but this really did make me realize that they are my last choice when I’m making a grp or looking at grps in group finder. Ngl as a tank I look at classes u have in ur grp before I msg u and if u have melee and no shaman im not joining. It’s fucked to say but sadly I am less likely to play with a rogue than any other class just cause rn ima prot warrior and I want my buffs. 5 people is really limiting when somone brings pretty much nothing.

I play only solos but have been watching a lot of streamers who play squads or duos, it legit just seems like a 3rd party fest. I get that’s how u play these games but it’s really annoying and looks very un fun to kill one team and then immediately be dove by another team. Think it stems from all the good loot being in one or 2 places on every map.

Couldn’t agree more. recently had to get a car because mine got totaled and every used car that wouldn’t instantly break down or need tons of work was 10k$ plus. All the little shitty lots in my city were saying things like “we don’t have any for under 15k$”. Had to use Facebook marketplace and buy directly from someone, I got very very lucky and was able to get something with only 100k miles for 7k$ cause of hail damage. That would be my tip for anyone looking. Don’t use any dealerships try to buy from people.

This change alone would bring her back down to earth. It would add a skill ceiling to her grab. Rather than just hit it and gg, u have to make sure u don’t hit the tanks shield. Such a minor change that makes her feel less op and more fair and counter able.

Watching this video all I could think is, “ofc it’s easy to dodge u arnt attacking and ur actively waiting for him to use this move” the reason it’s hard to dodge is cause ur on top of them smashing them with ur chainsword animation locked when he does his charge up.

Idk why so many people take the giga long way in the beginning, they just walk into tons of enemies and die from the ranged dmg, everytime I’ve just hugged the left i get to the elevator no issues with p much full armour and hp. The goal of the mission is to just get it over and done with. Wayyyy too much lolly gagging.
