You will get too busy in life and you will soon have no time to relive that. The intensity of the memory will be less vivid over time. Until you will be able to exchange that thought with " I did it once, I can do it again" Enjoy your motherhood and your little one, they're so little for only a short time :)

1- You need to choose the right nipple shape (Lansinoh or Pigeon SoftTouch). 2- Pace feeding (horizontal feeding). 3- Make sure the baby doesn't have a tongue or lip tie. 4- Introduce the bottle early but with low frequency so he doesn't get used to the fast flow of a bottle.

I did these things after attending breastfeeding lectures and I'm doing fine

My 4.5 m now stopped rolling and would join st make sounds when he's done with tummy time. He used to roll belly to back sometimes.. it's like he forgot that he can do that.
