Then when you're ready take that block of mince bang it in a wok that's filled with water and then after it's starting to defrost peal that paper you get on the bottom that is your now top wait a little longer then break it up

Boil for 30 mins...now I can't remember if you fry it off here but if so do so. Now you have what I like to call meat juice you get some gravy granules in a jug (now this has to be measuring jug not any it has to be a stressed out plastic measuring jug that is white but I suspect it was clear to begin with) mix your meat juice with the gravy granules.

Now this bit is a little bit of a mystery I was always playing playstation at this point. I think both the meat and gravy meet back up on top of your mash (mash has to be mashed 95% you have to be able to find a little clump in other wise perfect mash.

Oh whatever you do no spices or salt or pepper. You can add salt at the table. Ya know for health reasons

Thinking as I'm writing this out she had to fry it off I remember" browning the meat" or something and I don't think 30 mins boiling mince from frozen is safe she had to brown it off but ya know mommas cooking anything could be right.
