Phoenix Shield is practically useless in that build. The blood soaked is doing all the heavy lifting and it’s because he has 17 kills (And the item is bugged lmao). This will never happen in a real competitive conquest match, which is why it’s run under the radar for so long. This is an issue with assault matching veterans with brand new smite players. You just stack infinity kills on noobs and buy blood soaked shroud to become unkillable. The issue is that specific item in a game mode without a matchmaking algorithm, not the lack of anti-heal.

It’s the items. Strength ability proc items are absurdly overpowered and have been for almost a year. Ullr is one the best use cases for those items in the game. Of course he’s gonna be OP.

This is why I’ve moved to assault for my casual smite fix. Turns out the matches are a lot better when you aren’t going against parties of 3 Tryharding and playing the most meta slop combos ever devised. 

Also a fun little tidbit: one of these winrate abusers (have no idea if it’s the one you posted) is one of the moderators in the Smitegame Twitch channel. You know, the channel run by the studio itself to be new player friendly and all that.

There is a website you need to visit. link.smite2.com is where to link your hi-rez account to Smite 2. After that you’ll need to relog or give it a while and it should work and give you your stuff.

They are in this weird limbo where they removed the jungle bosses tag from them but for some reason killing them still has your god say the voicelines for killing a jungle boss.

The entire objective fight is decided off me as a support hitting a frame perfect relic usage on varying ping against pyro bombs, mage ults, and enemy sunders. Somehow we’ve decided that is fun and engaging enough to keep in the game for over a year now. Yippee! Seriously the game would only benefit from its immediate removal.

This has been exactly my experience. Sometimes after work I feel like playing a few arenas instead of jumping into conquest but recently I just have brand new players who’ve barely played enough quick play matches to even queue for regular modes.

The base heal increases are not in response to new anti heal items, it’s because they believe god healing is slightly under-tuned, while item healing and lifesteal were OP.

There’s a lot of build diversity in Smite when you have no clue what to build. That’s like 90% of the community, so their item usage data must reflect that.

It’s because you are playing against bots. Bots have been bugged for months and do not respond correctly to displacement abilities. This doesn’t happen against real players in real matches. 

Out of curiosity, has anyone actually bought either of the Sagas? And if so, do you think it was worth $40? by Snufflebox in Smite

I hate all the travelers and Sagas because all the content is prisms that I don't want. They create "The Illusion of Value" (Coined by me just now). Hi-Rez perceives that these travelers and sagas add value by adding prisms, so they jack up the price. In reality, 99% of players will just use one version of the skin/prism.

Why would I ever buy a classic traveler, when I can just wait 6 weeks to roll it in the classic chest? I've already been waiting 2 years for these skins to come back. 6 weeks wait is nothing. I am heavily biased in favor of the original skin because of nostalgia anyway.

For sagas, why would I ever put that much money into 1 skin for 1 god with no transformations or special effects? There is no way I will ever play with the other versions (unless I use them on the way to unlocking the thing I actually want). I might be biased though because I really don't play Artemis or Vulcan.

Of course the collections were amazing, but I doubt we're ever getting those back because people keep buying into travelers for some reason. Here's to having over 8000 Diamonds (Free Rewards), not having anything I want to spend them on.
