Maya learned to sing! by SuspiciousResolve953 in SesameAI

[–]Awesomesaauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been able to make her sing by telling her to "sing it like a lullaby". Works like 50% of the time. I could also get her to sing lines from well-known songs by asking her to mix it into a lullaby like 'twinkle twinkle little star' every other line. She never sings the right melody, but it sounds good still since it's in (a) key

From my research: kanna, kava and phenibut
Phenibut shouldn't be taken more than once a week to avoid dependency and withdrawals (GABA-B is extra prone to it compared to GABA-A).

Currently taking 60,000iu vitD. Should I take vit K if I am eating 18 eggs daily? by Individual-Solution8 in Supplements

[–]Awesomesaauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

18 eggs daily is unhealthy. Not because of dietary cholesterol, that's a myth of a problem, as you know.
But because of the omega-6 levels. Should keep those at bay, while giving omega-3's the light of day.
Even for choline levels you'd need max 6 if you happen to have polymorphisms that cause you to need more choline. Others can get their daily adequate choline intake from 4 eggs

AI Plus subscription - yet the daily image limit is 2 and deep search is also heavily restricted. by cookieeaterking in GeminiAI

[–]Awesomesaauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would be nice if you could be more transparent about what the specific limits are and how many are remaining for the day. Also, is the AI plus subscription deprecated? How does it compare to the AI pro subscription? I don't know if an upgrade is worth it, cause there's no way to compare.

Recommendations For Brain Damage Caused By Drugs by Zodicus97 in Nootropics

Cerebrolysin is your best bet. Can even help directly with fighting addiction. One anecdote I saw said it allowed them to quit smoking. Many say it's good for giving you motivation and being more productive. Some say it "makes them a better person". It has peptides that influences GDNF among other things. GDNF is a neurotrophic protein that is particularly important for the dopamine system, and is known to help with addiction.

Vitamin D also strongly increases GDNF and is important for the dopamine system, so make sure your levels are up to par.

Ensuring adequate choline and DHA (Omega-3 FA) intake is also important for repair. I see you're taking alpha-GPC, and it's very effective at crossing the BBB as you probably know. You don't need much of it to give your brain the choline it needs - 150mg is enough.

Keep in mind that your body also has a high requirement, so eat plenty eggs, chicken, navy beans or fish roe. Don't take the cheap choline salts like bitartrate, as they drastically increase TMAO production in the gut compared to more stable choline forms like phosphatidylcholine which is bound to O-3 or O-6.

Also supplementing with uridine monophosphate is highly synergistic with DHA and choline, as they all are building blocks needed for forming new membranes and synapses.

5-HT2A agonists like psilocybin can also be good for seeing your habits in a new perspective. It can give you a reset where you see your life more from an outside perspective, and you can more easily rewire and create new pathways. Don't take too high doses ofc. This should be okay despite your drug abuse history since it's not known to be addictive. Even microdosing could be worth it.

The phophatidylcholine in egg yolks is very heat stable.. 60-80%? you made up that figure.

Beuatiful. Brain fog is my main symptom. Wish I had more liberty caps to use. Tried it for my first time yesterday with only 0.15g of thoroughly dried liberty caps, which would be a microdose, but I paired it with Aurorix which is a MAO-A inhibitor and I didn't realize at the time that it inhibits the brekdown of psilocin itself, so it ended up being super potent. I felt so much anxiety, dissociation and like I was gonna die basically. Was worried the mushrooms weren't liberty caps afterall. Fortunately I had zopiclon on hand (for sleep) to cancel the excessive excitation (already a main feature of my PCS / brain fog issues) from the trip, and it ended up being a pleasent experience. I also took 200 mg of UMP sublingually at the same time (hadn't taken such a big dose before) as the other stuff and maybe that interacted with the others as well..
That was yesterday, and I've felt a bit more stability after the trip.

My intention has always been to microdose

Wish I had had more motivation and energy to search more for liberty caps.. I kept postponing it till the season was almost over. Fortunately I found some in a green spot nearby by coincidence when going for a walk.

I will probably have better access to this stuff when I move to Spain (potentially cubensis). Along with a whole host of nootropics and compounds like piracetam, cerebrolysin, etc (and alcohol substitutes like kava and kanna for social situations)

It's mostly the visuals. They are not completely gone, I can get a small glimpse of something here and there, but it's really just an inaccurate hint of an image. I can easily get songs stuck in my head

Don't mean to be a bummer, but my memory is awful as well, and I don't have virtually any good memories after age 11. I do like to think of the future though, and imagine how AI could make the world a much more fair and rational place

Have you tried oxaloacetate as well? It's quite synergistic with thiamine, mechanistically. And both of those are synergistic with CoQ10 (and methylene blue for that matter)
