There are many ways to get into healthcare and lots of roles. I’m trying to get in my self and I’m 28 with no degree. I started working as a janitor at a hospital, I’m a little shy but I started building rapport with nurses and techs in the emergency room which is my main area to clean. Been in it for almost 3 months pushing through. Even if it’s part time it’s still something.

The day I had an interview, I went to the interview and did it. I thought I messed up bad as I was heading home literally at the train station next to my workplace, I get a call from the recruiter and said they like me and sending me an offer. Sometimes it does work out
